About our family business

Our family-owned asphalt business has a rich history that spans over 60 years. 

It all began with my grandfather, John Gallagher, who established the business by utilizing the trade skills he acquired during his travels in his younger years. 

He focused on providing asphalt services to the Rio Grande Valley community, laying the foundation for our family business.

Over the years, our business has grown and expanded its services, thanks to the hard work and dedication of my father. 

In the 90s, he took over the reins and expanded our services from one end of the Rio Grande Valley to the other. 

He also got me and my brothers involved in the family business, taking us out to job sites and showing us the ropes passed down from our grandfather.

Since then, we have become extremely involved in our family business, and we are proud to be carrying on the legacy that our grandfather started. 

We are now raising our kids in the industry, passing down the knowledge and skills that have been passed down to us.

Over the past 60 years, our small family asphalt business in Donna, Texas has experienced tremendous growth throughout the Rio Grande Valley metroplex.

It all began when our father made a strategic decision to heavily invest in more equipment and expand our services beyond Donna, TX.

This allowed us to take on large commercial projects quickly and efficiently, which ultimately led to our success.

As our business continued to grow, it became increasingly important to maintain the expansion of our equipment and employees.

This consistency was necessary to keep up with the demand for our services and to ensure that we remained competitive in the market.
